I would like to inform you that the query is working properly.
It is normal to see N/A when there is no linkage between particular entity and specific defect.
You will see a value instead of N/A only when you have linked entity to the defect.
For example:
You have Defect 'x'.
If this defect is not linked to any entity as a result of the query you will see N/A for all.
But, if this defect is linked to Run-ID = 1 then you will see 1 in the result of the query in the column for the Run Id.
Also if you have Requirement ID = 10 linked to the same defect in the result of the query you will have values for the Run Id and Requirement Id as well.
This is the way how the query works.
As I am not DBA I would like to suggest you to ask for assistance your DBA on this matter.
