How can we import projects created in one ALM 11.0 instance to a new ALM 11.5 instance?

Hi All,

We have an existing instance of ALM 11.0 where we have created some projects .Now we want to migrate to another ALM 11.5 instance which in a fresh one .

We tried with creating new project by exporting data from project files (.qcp file)

which is not helpful ..in this case

We tried with copying the repository folder to the new instance and restore the projects

and steps provided in the below link

this says the project

Error: The project you selected is already the latest version. Upgrade is cancelled.

Your help and support would be appreciated ...
