Good info to know! Guess I never read down that far and haven't ever seen an actual starter version for download. I'd read in another forums that all flavors of QC/ALM/whatever were the same with only different licensing and limits.
Only item I see is the XP needs SP3. I'd like to get a Starter Edition for sure, would sure save building out a server if it works.
