By default the Loader logs are not enabled. In order to enable them you should do the following:
- On the client machine type the following URL in IE’s address bar: http://<ALMServer>:<Port>/qcbin/Apps (note the capital A);
- Run the Client Logs Configuration Tool and select TDCLient (this is actually the Loader log) from the left side
- Make sure that the log level for TDClient is set to ALL – Log Everything.
Please mote that the folder in which the log files will be saved, needs to exist before applying these changes.
