ALM - Error message stating "Cannot download reports" is displayed on clicking launch report button

Error message stating "Cannot download reports" is displayed on clicking launch report button. This happens only for few scripts and rest works fine.

We have given multilple runs and still seeing this issue. Let us know how to proceed with this.
