You might be able to do it by exporting the data from ALM 11 to an Excel format, and then importing that into the QC 8.2 system. I don't have access to 8.2 documentation, so you'd have to look at that yourself to see if it could be done.
You would also have an issue with 8.2 and 11 not supporting the same versions of Excel.
