I am experiencing the message "Folder Does Not Exist" even though the test exists in the file system.  I can browse to the folder/test (with Windows Explorer).  The script was created in QTP 10 and I am trying to open it with QTP 11.  No such problem when opening with QTP 10.  However, getting back to your question "Does this happen when there is a system outage."  We are not having a system outage, but rather a slow network connectivity (which symtom is a time lag of a few seconds when traversing the path/folders to get to the test).
