QC Customization - Adding App Team drop down to user profile

Hi, 

Please advise if the below listed steps can be accomplished in QC 

step 1: Add app team field to user profile (which will be a direct drop down from the app team values stored in TDRs) 

step 2: go through each user in the system and assign an app team to them. 

step 3: add logic in QC, when an "assigned to" value changes on a TDR, the app team also changes, according to the app team the new assigned to user has on their profile. Allow for app team to be manually changed.
