Rerun failed test in a new cycle

Here is the setup:

Requirement 1 - Cycle 1

  Test 1.1---------------------No Run              

  Test 1.2---------------------No Run

After Execution:

Requirement 1 - Cycle 1

  Test 1.1---------------------Passed              

  Test 1.2---------------------Failed

Need help with:

I am expecting the fix for Test 1.2 in Cycle 2. 

(1) Is there a way to "Retest" Test 1.2 in Cycle 2?

(2) Can I change the Target Cycle in "Continue Manual Run" mode?

(3) Will Requirement 1's Direct Cover Status display Pass if I leave Test 1.2 in Failed status in Cycle 1?

(4) Since the latest iteration result of this test is Pass, does ALM recognize that as the final status ?
