Hi,
We have a user that can not open ALM. When she enters the server name in the address bar and clicks enter, she receives the error "Initialization has failed. Contact your system administrator." She does not get a chance to enter her credentials. I have found several articles on how to fix this by verifying the certificates but she has all the right certs. The strange thing is, if she runs IE as Administrator it works perfectly. It only fails when she runs it as a regular user.
Does running as Administrator circumvent the certificates?
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
OS: Windows 7
Browser: IE8 (can not upgrade to 9 or 10 per company mandate)
ALM Version: 11.0
