Expected requirement coverage in QC 11.5

We are using QC 11.5 in our organization. I have a problem, i want to know the expected and Actual requirement traceability.

Refer the below example below to understand the problem

I have requirement, say Req A, which has two build impact applications, say Appl A and Appl B, and three test impact applications say Appl A and Appl D which needs to do integration testing(SIT) and Appl E which needs to do User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Now I want to know if Appl A & Appl B has test conditions in build phase mapped to Req A and Appl A & Appl D has SIT test conditions mapped to Req A and Appl E has UAT test conditions mapped to Req A.

My question is whether we can achieve it in QC 11.5 and how ?
