We are trying to access ALM from behind our corporate proxy but the session is hanging at "Loading. Please Wait... Loading Infragistics2.Win.UltraWintoolbars.v8.2 ...".
We are trying to access the site from behind a proxy which is specified in our PAC file. (the default return, returns our http & https proxies) As far as we know all other websites work. When navigating to the ALM URL we know the correct https return is triggered and a connection is made but stops at the above stage.
However - If we specify these same proxy settings in the within the browser (Internet Options ->Connections -> LAN Settings -> Advanced) We have also noticed that ALM then works and loads correctly to the login page. Odd...
Can anyone advise on whether there are any specific rules we should be adding to our PAC file to make the connection to ALM so it can support proxies specified via a PAC file rather than the from the browser settings?
