QC11 Manual Runner won't minimize for Snapshot tool

Hi

We've just migrated to QC11 and are having problems with the Manual Runner.  When we try to use the Snapshot tool from the Run Details window  prior to running the test or from the Run Step Details window during the run, the Manual Runner window will not minimize, so we can't get a snapshot of the actual application under test.

We've tried the 'Keep on Top' button, but it doesn't make any difference.  DOes anyone know how to resolve this?
