After migrating 320 projects from 3 instances of QC v 10 to ALM 11.5, we have one very large and fairly old (began as QC 8) project that will not upgrade.
"ALM-V10035: Database user permissions for upgrade are insufficient" is the one error we can't track down and resolve. The knowledge base specifies that the missing permissions are in a log file, but looking in the various logs I cannot find a thing.
Anyone else run into this one?
