How to sync the test case in ALM with the one on local when no authorization to delete test case

My ALM account doesn't have authorization to delete any test or folder in ALM.

We have test case saved in ALM.

Also we have test case( new version) created in local drive.

Everytime when I want to replace the existing test case in ALM, the request will be denied because of authorization. 

I don't want manually update the content of ALM test case since I have already done that once on local drive. 

I don't want to save test case with another name because these test case are also used in regression test set. If we save new test case with new name, that means we also need to recreate the test set. 

Any solution for this?
