Traces of adding/removing test instances in a Test set

Dear all,

I got an interesting question today about QC and so far I have not found an answer.

There is a test set with X number of tests in Test Lab. Someone deletes or adds tests to the test set. Is there a way to find out what was added/deleted and whom?

I don’t see anything like that for Test set entity in QC. Perhaps you have some good idea?
