As I'm new to HP ALM, I don't know how to do the following steps

2. Bounce the client (important)
3. Re-register the client
4. Check the version.

Can you provide me further information how to do this? The client is (as far as I understand the HP ALM Add-On)  a webside that uses perl and resists on IIS 7.5.
