Limit Requirement Type list available to user?

Currently working in QC 11.52.  Is there anyway to limit the selection list for a new requirement based on access group?

 I see where I can change the default Req_Fields(“RQ_TYPE_ID”), but I’m looking to limit the options based on group membership.  I’m trying to find a way that a member in a certain access group only has the option of creating “Business” requirement types.  It would also be nice to have a way to limit the requirements they see to only these types as well.
