I have a user who when she clicks 'Run' in Test Lab, the Manual Runner screen does not pop up anywhere. She does see the Manual Runner icon in her task bar, but when she clicks on it nothing happens. When she right clicks and chooses 'Open' a blank grey screen that says 'Loading. Please Wait...' comes up but never loads to anything.
I tried the dual monitor alt+space+m trick and it didn't work...any ideas?
