I have a user on a Mac laptop who is using HP Quality Center application on Win7 inside Parallels.
After opening the QC explorer, he logs in, selects a project, and clicks on Test Lab on the left side menu.
When he opens a folde, select test cases and clicks the Execution Grid tab to see the execution information of the test cases, he gets multiple errors, "Access violation at address 0FE65388. Write of address 0FE65388."
This causes QC explorer to freeze and we have to use Task Manager to kill it.
Any help, thoughts suggestions greatly appreciated.
