Hi hkacarov! Thank you for replying to me. I Posed your questions to my user and was told the following:
- Please let us know if the user encounters this error in one project only or he has it on all projects?
This happens for all projects that have executed tests, and the Execution Grid tab has been clicked.
- Is this user the only one who experience this issue?
Of the people who use HPQC, I am the only one who reports this problem. The QA group does not have these issues. The issue occurs on WinXP, as well as on Windows7 in a Parallels environment.
- Please also check with the user if there are any custom test types in the affected project, since they may be corrupted and cause the problem.
There are no custom test types defined in any of the projects. The two types we use are “Manual” and “QUICKTEST_TEST”
