The behavior you are observing is correct.

When Call To Test is used, in the Test Lab when the primary test is executed, the Run information doesn't carry forward the linkage to the called test. What happens is that when the primary test is run, the linkage to the called test is traced and all the steps in the called test are imported into the Run Steps for the primary tests. The link between the primary test and the called test is not maintained in the Run details of the test, so there is no way to trace execution coverage through a called test.
