Starting with ALM 11.0 the repository has been restructured to what they call the Smart Repository. The actual location of the files is obscured and when you look directly at the file system you see layers of folders named with three digit numbers and all the files are also named as three digit numbers with no extensions.
If you have permission to connect to the server where the Repository is located, then a Site Admin can set the Site Configuration parameter to enable FTP access. When that is enabled, you can use any FTP client (like FileZilla) to look at the Repository on the server. Only users with credentials to access the server itself can use this. When you use the FTP client, then the file structrure is presented in the old, logical format we were used to before ALM 11.0.
The Site Configuration parameter needed is detailed in the Administrator Guide. Look at the sections on Smart Repository.
