Yes I tried with data hiding but its not working and main issue behind this is that user belongs to the five default group in addition to other group e.g DemoGroup

So I am trying workflow thing.....

I want if a user belongs to a particular group says "DemoGroup" and logged in then a particular req say REQ ID 999 should not be visible in REQ GRID.
