QC does have an API - the Open Test Architecture API. A Reference Document for the API is included in the product's documentation library. The OTA API is COM-based. If you are running v11.0 or newer there is also a REST API. There is a reference document for that also in the Documentation Library.
There is no built in integration for GIT.
I don't believe that there is any mobile plug-in. I don't believe QC itself is accessible directly from a mobile device.
