Hello...we have recently set up the connection from SAP Solution Manager to HPQC. We would like to modify the default status mapping, but I cannot find anywhere to do that, can anyone tell me where that is done? On the Solution Manager side, on the HPQC side?
The current is:
HPQC -> New Defect -> Sent to Solution Manager
Solution Manager: Received by HPQC
Solution Manager: Request Responsibility, changes to In Process
(Stays New in HPQC)
Proposed Solution in Solution Manager changes to Closed in HPQC
We would like to have:
Create Defect in HPQC - New
Change to Open in HPQC -> In Solution Manager: Received by HPQC
In Solution Manager: Request Responsibility changes Solution Manager to In Process
Proposed Solution changes HPQC to Fixed
Close in HPQC confirms Solution Manager or Rework in HPQC changes to Received by HPQC again in Solution Manager.
Any help on where to even look would be appreciated. Thanks.
