I searched this forum for "build dynamic list" to try to find ideas. While there are some methods for dynamically building lists, it appears that users will not see the changes to the list until they log out and log back in. Since the entries that you want in the list could be changing at any time, it doesn't seem like there is a reliable way to present your users with a selection list.
