I tried the steps you mentioned and it took too long time before QC was availble after deploy tool was run. And also when tried to login, the progress bar went half way and had to wait long time... that build some hope that it would work.... unfortulately, at the end it displayed invalid server response error.
Do you happened to know any other ways to fix it?
