DEFECT MODULE Make Secondary Field a required field depending on the Primary Field

Hello All

In the Defect Module of ALM 11.52,

I want to be able to make the secondary field a required field depending on the value set for the Primary field. Please see the photo attached to this post.

I want to make the WRICEF and the ON-SITE LEAD field a required field when I chose the DEFECT TYPE to be "Development Item"

Development Item is one of my drop down values in the Defect Type field.
