Hi Jul_2,
After running the Client Side Installer ,
Please check whether the Capricom.dll file is present in
C:\Program Files (x86)\HP\Quality Center Client Side
Also check whether it is present in
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Mercury Interactive\Quality Center
Now go to the HP folder in C:\Profram Files (x86).
Do the same for "Mercury Interactive" Folder in "Comman Files".
Right Click on the respective HP & "Mercury Interactive" Folder individually.
Go to properties -> Select the tab "Security"
In the "Group & Users" select Users and modify the permissions, Allow "Full Control" and "Modify".
Apply the new settings.
Now Launch the IE is Normal Mode and let us know whether QC is loading the "capricom.dll" file without any issues.
Regards,
Srihari
