Problems while evaluating HP ALM trial- qcbin/setup_a.cab - Failed to download Error code 0x800C0008

Hi,

 

Currently i am evaluating HP ALM 11.52 for one of our client.

After installing the server successfully, we are getting following error whenever we restart the application.

 

Initialization has failed. Contact your system administrator.
For details, see the Loader log file.

Failure details:
http://<IP::PORT>/qcbin/setup_a.cab - Failed to download this file. Error code 0x800C0008

 

1. I searched across various online forum but not able to get any concrete answer. This is turning out to be quite frustrating for all stakeholder.

2. Where is the log file that you have referred in "For details, see the Loader log file"?

 

Here are the machine details we are using for server:

RAM: 4 GB

Windows Server 2008 R2 Standard

64-bit
