According to the installation instructions for ALM Explorer:
2.If User Account Control (UAC) is enabled (Windows 7 or Vista), either:
•Disable UAC and then perform the regular installation described in step 3.
•Keep UAC enabled and continue with the silent installation described in step 3, making sure to open the command prompt window as an administrator.
Were the proper instructions used to install this, if it wasn't installed by the actual user?
