Hi,
at my machine it occurs with WIN7 and not WIN XP so therefore I cannot post it on an running out of support software. But as well I'm in discussions with our internal hardware provider to clarify the changes and basic settings on the laptop which cannot be changed even with User administration rights.
If you have any other kind of solution please let me know, cause you're are right a workaround is not a real solution, but at least I can work again.
