Hi Gleb64,

 

* Click Start,

click Run,

type %windir%\SysWoW64\cmd.exe,

and then click OK.

Then type  %windir%\SysWoW64\cmd.exe

after the 32 bit command prompt is launced execute your script :::    cscript vbscriptfile.vbs

 

Additionally try unregistering and reregistering the OTAClient.dll and SAClient.dll files as something like below:

 

 

Cd %UserProfile%\AppData\Local\HP\ALM-Client\almdev

C:\Windows\SysWOW64/regsvr32 /u SAClient.dll

C:\Windows\SysWOW64/regsvr32 SAClient.dll
