Below are the details of the issue:
We are using QC 11.0 Enterprise Edition (patch 16) installed on Win server 2003 with MS-SQL 2008 as DB.
When User tries to access QC Client on Win 7 (32 bit machine), they get attached error message where QC Client component while loading gets stuck at "Loading Infragistic2.Win.UltraWinToolbars v8.2..." & if we leave it as such, invalid url message appears after 5 min.
After investigation on this issue with our Desktop Team, below are the observations:
1) This issue only comes on those Win 7 machine where SSH (especially SSH 6.0.7.28) is installed.
2) IF SSH is not installed, this issue doesn't comeup.
3) If there is a fresh/brand new win 7 machine where SSH is not installed, this issue doesn't comeup. Once SSH is installed, issue started occuring. If we un-install SSH also after this, issue is still there. Only way to resolve issue is now by re-formating the machine.
4) This issue doesn't come on Win XP machine.
5) Tried everything on affected machine with local admin rights (like cleanup of QC components, installation of components with admin rights, using HP ALM Explorer) but nothing worked.
6) If users use very old SSH version on their machine, this issue doesn't come up. Only with the new version this is coming.
Can somebody please help on this.
