Set Default Defect Grid View in QC 11

I referred to some of the earlier posts regarding this but it didn't worked out. They were posted for previuos versions of QC.

My Requirement -

I need to force a default grid view for the Defects module. Any user who logins to QC in this specific project sees the defects module grid in that manner.

I am using QC 11.0 Enterprise Edition.
