alm 11 document generator issue

Hello

I'm having problem with the alm 11 document generator. The error message is: "Application Lifecycle Management is unable to find the main template file."

It happens with specific project and specific computer.... When i tried with the same user but in other computer it's working well.

I have tried to delete on the computer that not working the td_80 folder and the server folder from ProgramData\HP\ALM-Client, then I done registration again to client but it didn't help.
