Need to know master table behind the user defined field values

Hi Everyone,

We have an attribute called Project while creating new tests under test plan and it's values are stored in column TS_USER_07 in table TEST.

Now I want to fetch all the values listing in the Projectfield for some ref. Please throw some light on where the master table could be? or any other query to list values under field Project.
