Some other user checked out a QTP script from earlier version

Hi,

We have version enabled on our project and we have more than 30 version of a particular script. Someone Checked out one of the earlier version and checked back in the script causing failure.

could please anyone tell me how to find who has checked out/ checked in and what version was checked out?
