Hi,
Could you please check the following:
- Did you install UFT add-in service patch 11.53 for ALM, if not, please refer to the link below to download then install it:

- Check if you enable "Allow others HP product to run test and component" in tool->option->GUI testing->Test runs
- Can you create a sample script from UFT, just print out some thing and save it to ALM then execute from ALM and see if it can run well.
