Hi Team,
We are using QTP 10.0 and QC 10.0 for automation and executing test scripts in client environment via citrix. We are able to run the scripts from QC in three citrx desktops without any issues. In one of the desktop which was running fine all these while has started throwing run time error "Class does not support Automation " when scripts are executed via HP QC. When executed through QTP there is no issue.
We are not able to track down to the exact issue. Could you please help me in understanding what is going wrong here?
