SQL query needed to pull the test execution status

Hi 

I need to to pull the test executions status from QC by parent folder. There are many child folders inside the parent folder and there are many test sets inside each child test folder.

Is there a SQL query which can fetch me all the results in the following format if i provide the parent test folder alone in the query ?

Eg:

Parent Folder      Child Folder         Test Set     Test CaseName     Status     Exexcuted on    Tester
