Hi Team,
We have a requirement to trigger an automail after the test in test lab has completed the execution with failed status and/or if execution duration is more than specified time. I am aware of the automation tab which triggers email if the status is failed but there is no option on the duration part. Moreover we are not having the access to HP admin to write the code and we have been asked to automate this within the QTP script which will be executed from test lab in Quality center.
I had a look into OTA for implementing this feature with sendmail method but not sure of the exact procedure as this topic is very new to me. Could you please guide me if this is possible? If so what would be the approach ?
Is there is any available code on this in any user guide/blog?
