Only the "Web Client" is browser agnostic. The link for the ALM client (QC or PC or Application Lifecycle Management) still will only run in IE as it requires the .NET client to be downloaded to your system and .NET will not run in any browser except IE.
The Web Client is only able to be used for Requirements and Defects at this time. Additional modules will be added over time.
