Hi all,
recently I have noticed that our instance of quality center which is set up in a vm has exited mysteriously and to resolve it I have to log in to the troubled vm and started the Quality center service again.
Our Quality Center details is as follow:
Quality Center 10, patch 28
VM details :
Windows Server 2003 R2,
My question, Is there a log within quality center or the JBoss section that can show the record on why this service has been quitting by itself or perhaps caused by something ? I would like to find out what cause this service to exit by itself or maybe it is being stopped accidentally by some activity within the server itself.
