ALM 11.52 License

Dear Sir,

I have installed the ALM 11.52 with temporary license and its going to expire within a week.

Till now i din't installed the QTP(ALM) for the automation purpose due to client has not yet ready for the prerequiste of QTP and the application.

My question is 

1) Can i request permanent license after the temporary license has been expired ?

2) will it work permanent license after the the permanent license expires?

Please answer the above questions.
