Defects linked to Test Cases and to other Defects

Hi Quality Center Experts,

I am trying to export all of the defects to an Excell Sheet including the test cases that their linked to and also to other defects that they may be linked to. Is there a way to export all of these defects to an Excell spread sheet or possibly write an SQL query to do this??
