I agree with Damus - you need to provide more information. However, the Remove and Restore option will not work as suggested since the DB will not be moved
Firstly, have you set up both DB Servers in your Site Admin ?
Secondly, are you using just the one Site Admin for both the Production and Test ?
Thirdly, do they share the same Repository ?
If the questions above are Yes then there are three options
1. Create a .qcp backup of the original and then import it into the new Domain - has some risk associated with it as export/import process is not so robust
2. Use the Site Admin copy function to copy from one Domain to the other - once successful you can Disable/Delete the original
3. Manually, back up and move the Projects - this requires some skill and manipulation of the dbid.xmml file
