I am not sure about bi-directional sync..we have a ruirement to integrate from QC to JIra.
What we whave done is we extracted all defects by filter by using OTA, Then created a VBS file takes the output from Excel and import to JIra.
Please help us with correct requirement if you need bi-directional i would recommend to use Connect All the jatest version of JAM plugin.
