Sprinter Connectivity Issues

Well running test scripts in Sprinter we get a good way through a script and will get disconnected.  When we go to add actual results and click the "OK" we will at times get a message stating it is unable to save the results to HP ALM and then another message saying we are disccounted from ALM.  Steps then do not get saved entirely, for example got through steps 1-13 but only steps 1-5 saved.

 

We open Sprinter directly when we run the test and not through HP QC so I do not believe that it is a issue an issue with the "WAIT_BEFORE_DISCONNECT" on the site configuration.  Also, the Sprinter setting is set to auto save every 1 minute so I am unsure why the results don't save even if we get kicked out.

 

This issue is only happening with one user on Sprinter and we have multiple users running test in Sprinter.  We are going to try uninstalling and installing Sprinter again on the users computer and see if this helps.

 

Has anyone experienced this issue?  Any information or tips on fixing this would be helpful.
